REFLECTIONS OF PERFECTION
Started in 2012 with name of "INTERNATIONAL SKILL EDUCATION QUALITY STANDARDS ACCREDITATION" and adapted name of "INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION BOARD" in 2021.
The International Education Board (Department of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery) IEBDAMS certifies aesthetic practitioners and cosmetic surgeons who meet its educational, professional standing, and examination standards. IEBDAMS certification is sought and earned by aesthetic practitioners and cosmetic surgeons on a voluntary basis.

IEBDAMS is not a membership association. IEBDAMS is a Department of the International Education Board, and Recognised by Board of International Examinations in Medical Specialties.
International Education Board (Department of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery) IEBDAMS is formed with the objective of improving the quality of the medical aesthetics and cosmetic surgery education by establishing high and uniform standards of postgraduate examinations in modern aesthetics and cosemtic surgery on an international basis and utilizing existing infrastructure for capacity building.

IEBDAMS at present conducts postgraduate and postdoctoral examinations in Association with Board of International Examinations in approved specialties of aesthetic medicine and cosmetic surgery leading to the award of “Fellow of International Education Board” (FIEB) "Diplomate of International Education Board" (DIEB) and "Doctorate of International Education Board" (DrIEB) respectively. Also IEBDAMS conducts examination for non medical professionals for certificate courses, diploma, degree in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, and Semi Permanent Makeup. The Examinations conducted by IEBDAMS provide a common standard and mechanism of evaluation of minimum level of attainment of the knowledge and competencies of specialties. Moreover, intra country and international comparisons are facilitated with the availability of common evaluation mechanism.

The very basis of creation of IEBDAMS was to address the issue of a uniform standard of education Internationally. As on date the IEBDAMS has successfully established a robust mechanism of uniform accreditation, uniform education and uniform examination for Post Graduate and Postdoctoral Disciplines which has been Internationally acclaimed.

The worldwide dire need of specialists in the Aesthetics and Cosmetic Surgery domain has been long felt and IEBDAMS is contributing to a great proportion of this need through its DIEB, DrIEB and FIEB alumni. The IEBDAMS has accredited more than 200 institutions Internationally in more than 20 Countries. IEBDAMS is contributing around 1000 DIEB/DrIEB/FIEB seats to the pool of Post Graduate, Doctoral and Post-Doctoral seats Internationally.​​
