The International Education Board Division of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery (IEBDAMS) is a private, independent organization focused on educational accreditation and skill development in aesthetic medicine and surgery. We operate internationally to support high standards in professional training and continuing medical education (CME), but we are not a licensing authority.
