All participants, trainers, and affiliated institutions are expected to adhere to this Code of Ethics in all academic, clinical, and professional settings related to IEBDAMS.
1.1 All IEBDAMS members and certificate holders must respect the laws and medical regulations of the country in which they practice.
1.2 Participation in an IEBDAMS course or certification does not confer legal licensure, and individuals must ensure their qualifications and scope of practice are legally permitted in their jurisdiction.
1.3 IEBDAMS does not endorse, promote, or certify unlicensed medical practice.
2.1 All training, assessment, and certification processes must be fair, transparent, and merit-based.
2.2 Trainers must uphold academic honesty and avoid misleading claims regarding the outcomes or capabilities provided by IEBDAMS certifications.
2.3 Course content must be evidence-based and regularly updated to reflect current global standards and innovations.
3.1 Even in training settings, participants must prioritize patient safety, informed consent, and hygiene protocols at all times.
3.2 Any hands-on training involving human models must comply with local laws, including patient consent, risk disclosure, and professional supervision.
3.3 No procedure should be performed without adequate understanding, supervision, and patient awareness.
4.1 Members must conduct themselves with respect, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity in all IEBDAMS-related activities.
4.2 Discrimination, harassment, or unethical behavior towards patients, students, or peers will not be tolerated.
4.3 Trainers and institutions must avoid false marketing claims or implying government/regulatory recognition where it does not exist.
5.1 IEBDAMS certifications must be clearly labeled as private, non-licensure educational recognitions.
5.2 All participants and institutions are required to disclose their real qualifications and avoid impersonating regulated credentials.
5.3 A disclaimer must accompany the use of IEBDAMS logos and certificates in marketing or promotional materials.
6.1 Partner academies and affiliated institutions must operate with transparency, safety, and fairness.
6.2 Institutions using IEBDAMS certification must:
A. Be transparent about the non-governmental nature of IEBDAMS.
B. Ensure all trainings are delivered by qualified professionals to qualified Students.
C. Maintain appropriate insurance, liability protection, and student safeguarding policies.
Any breach of this Code of Ethics may result in:
A. Suspension or revocation of IEBDAMS certificates.
B. Termination of affiliation or partnership status.
C. Legal reporting in cases of professional misconduct, fraud, or malpractice.
All members, IEBDAMS certified professionals, trainers, and institutions must formally agree to abide by this Code of Ethics before participating in or delivering any IEBDAMS-accredited course or training.
IEBDAMS is not governed by any medical council or government agency and does not issue licenses to practice medicine. All training and certification offered by IEBDAMS are for skill enhancement and educational purposes only.
Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulatory guidelines in their own country. For example, dentists in some regions may be allowed to perform aesthetic procedures limited to the perioral and lower facial region, while other jurisdictions may impose additional restrictions.
